Graphic designer - Apprenticeship

Mission:

We are looking for a creative graphic designer to join our team as an E-Learning and Micro-Learning Graphic Designer in an apprenticeship role. Within CMA CGM ACADEMY, the internal university for employees of the CMA CGM Group, you will join the LX FACTORY team (Learner Experience Factory), which is responsible for advising, designing, and producing learning solutions.

As part of your mission, you will participate in the design of e-learning or learning games that are integrated into the Group's learning platform. You will work as a team to create the design for various digital and print learning contents.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visual elements for online learning content, such as animations, explanatory videos, illustrations, infographics, and interactive visuals.
  • Translate storyboards designed by e-learning developers into functional e-learning modules using e-learning authoring tools.
  • Collaborate with the LX FACTORY educational team to create relevant visual supports.
  • Ensure graphic consistency in accordance with the ACADEMY's graphic charter.
  • Contribute to the development of creative concepts to enhance the learning experience, exploring possibilities offered by AI and VR.
  • Perform graphic edits as needed by the team and propose templates.

 

 

Profile and Skills:

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in creating learning content and is passionate about innovation and emerging trends in graphic design.

  • Background in graphic design.
  • Ability to learn quickly and knowledge of software such as Powtoon, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, etc.).
  • Awareness of emerging trends in graphic design, including in the areas of AI and VR.
  • Basic knowledge of English, versatility, appreciation for teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and due dates.
