Group Human Resources Partner Specialist (M/F)

MISSION:

Within the Human Resources Department, you anticipate, identify, and support developments across your scope, ensuring the deployment of the Group’s HR policy while acting as a true strategic partner.

As a strategic partner and operational support, you are the main point of contact for managers and employees within your perimeter.

 


WHAT WILL YOU DO ?

  • Fully integrated and recognized within your scope, you act as an advisor and support to top management, frontline managers, and employees on HR and organizational matters.

  • As such, you are a driving force for HR initiatives and capable of supporting the implementation of structuring projects.

  • As a representative of the HR strategy and a value creator for your stakeholders, you lead the operational implementation of the Group’s HR policy across all departments under your responsibility.

  • You notably support employees in their individual development and career progression within the Group.

  • You serve as an interface with the various specialized HR departments such as recruitment, professional training, talent management, and labor relations.

  • Finally, you contribute to various cross-functional projects within the Human Resources Department.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP)

  • Experience in an international, multicultural, and demanding environment

  • Fluent in English

  • Proven ability to lead high-exposure, structuring projects (e.g., workforce planning, organizational design)

  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills, as well as confident verbal communication

  • Reactivity, initiative, and analytical mindset
