  • Working closely with HRBPs to successfully conduct recruitments in their area, developing a trustful relationship, serving as the interface between HRBPs and operational managers, providing market expertise, and advising on search strategies.
  • Developing a continuous talent pool for recurring roles and managing more specific or specialized recruitments, acting as a true specialist in the field and industry.
  • Developing a search strategy and implementing sourcing based on the analysis of business needs, their criticality, and manager expectations.
  • Benchmarking, selecting, and, if necessary, commissioning recruitment agencies for certain searches, ensuring their management and follow-up.
  • Conducting selection interviews, providing an analytical perspective on professional skills and soft skills, evaluating candidates' potential and their fit within our organization.
  • Proposing a shortlist to the Manager and assisting in the decision-making process.
  • Finalizing the recruitment process by drafting job offers and supporting candidates up to the integration phase, which is then handled by our Onboarding Desk.
  • Ensuring control over timelines and associated costs while guaranteeing the quality and success of recruitments.
  • Contributing to the cohesion and dynamism of our internal team, as well as promoting best recruitment practices across the different entities of the Group.

Profile and Skills
