Head of Directions Support & Coordination

MISSION :

 

Within the CIO Office, you will head a team of internal & external whose mission is to support various IT departments in their financial exercises, internal and external resource management, and in their day-to-day management

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES :
 

Strategic Oversight: Act as a strategic advisor to the CIO and senior management.


Financial Management: Defines, supervises, and coordinates department budgets, including tracking consumption, claiming status, invoice follow-up, and resource management. Define KPIs, develop reports with variance explanations, and report alerts.


Operational Management: Defining, supporting and reviewing the various committees. Supporting teams in developing their activities in these areas at a higher level. Transforming activities to make them more efficient, automated and standardised.


Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison with staff, executives, and senior leaders regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning. Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leaders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Additional Missions:

Project Management: Participate in projects to improve and evolve Project Management processes. Contribute to POCs (Proof of Concepts) on new tools, leveraging your knowledge and experience with a constructive approach.


Process Improvement: Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure. Identify knowledge and skills gaps and help address them. Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.


Automation and Modernization: Lead efforts to automate manual processes and modernize financial tracking systems, transitioning from PR (Purchase Request) to more advanced methods.


Resource Management: Provide insights on staffing plans, including the engagement capacity of external resources and strategies for cost reduction. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and tools.


Support for Platform/Product Managers: Work closely with platform/product managers to provide guidance and support in financial and resource management. Helping them take responsibility.


Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed reports on budget consumption, expense forecasts, and resource engagement. Provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Areas of Expertise :

Strategic Planning and Execution: Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives. Ability to manage executive schedules, determine and prioritize business strategies, and oversee initiatives from ideation to implementation.


Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships across departments and ensure effective collaboration. Possess a can-do attitude and dedication to efficiency.


Analytical Skills: Experience in budget management, data analysis, and developing creative solutions. Strong project-reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.

 


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION :
 

  • Seven or more years of experience in business management, preferably in IT within at least 2 companies
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration, finance, or a similar field.
  • Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • O365 / Office / SharePoint: Proficiency in Office 365 and SharePoint is essential for this role.
  • Good Excel Level Required: Strong Excel skills are necessary, including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.
  • Knowledge of ARIBA, ORCHESTRA, Qlik Sense: Familiarity with these tools will be highly appreciated and is considered a significant asset.
