INTERNSHIP - Assistant Project Cargo Manager

YOUR ROLE     

Position within the Project Cargo Division in a team of 7 people responsible for the Asia > Europe and Europe > Asia (round trip) zone. Your mission will be to price transport offers for heavy and oversized (non-containerized) packages and organize their shipments.
 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

•    You will prepare transport quotations and offers.
•    You will organize shipments related to the offers made.
•    You will prepare “Method Statements” (technical description of the transport of heavy and oversized cargo).
•    You will map out the services of competitors (companies, ports, frequency of calls, transit times).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

•    You have a higher education degree such as a Master 1 or 2 in International Trade
•    You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
•    You are comfortable with new technologies and adapt to them quickly.
•    You are proficient in Excel
•    You possess strong analytical skills
•    You have a strong team spirit
•    You demonstrate rigor in your work
•    You have excellent interpersonal skills
