Your missions
Within the Transformation department of the Assets & Operations division, you will work closely with the team to support transformation projects through internal communication and change management actions. You will participate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of communication strategies aimed at uniting teams around strategic initiatives and supporting change within the various departments.
What will you do?
- Internal communication :
- Contribute to the development of the internal communication strategy for transformation projects.
- Create and distribute communication materials (newsletters, articles, videos, infographics, etc.).
- Participate in the animation of the dedicated channel on the company’s internal social network.
- Work with project teams to promote key initiatives and their impacts.
- Change management :

Support the design and implementation of a change management plan for priority projects.

Monitor team feedback on transformation actions, identify resistance to change, and propose corrective actions.

Help create educational materials (guides, explanatory videos, training) to facilitate the adoption of new practices.
- Implementation and management of a Knowledge Hub :

Participate in the creation and maintenance of a Knowledge Hub, which will centralize key information on departments, news, and strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with teams to define and structure the content of the Knowledge Hub.

Ensure regular updates of the site and the consistency of shared information.
- Project management :

Participate in the coordination of communication and change management projects with the various departments.

Monitor actions and prepare regular reports on project progress.
- Monitoring and best practices :

Conduct monitoring on best practices in internal communication and change management.
What are we looking for?
-
You have a higher education background such as a Master 1/2 or 2/3rd year of engineering cycle with a specialization in communication, management, human resources.

You are comfortable with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) and internal social networks.

You have a basic knowledge of change management concepts and platforms like SharePoint is a plus.

You are bilingual in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate with English-speaking colleagues.

You demonstrate rigor, curiosity, autonomy, and organization.

You have a team spirit and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
