INTERNSHIP - CSR Project Officer

Your missions
Within the CCIS department at headquarters, you are responsible for qualifying suppliers (CSR, financial risk, etc.) and modeling the associated processes. In your respective scope, you will be responsible for monitoring the different steps of supplier qualification, starting with identifying key suppliers meeting CMA CGM criteria, submitting qualification requests via the IT platform, following up with suppliers, and positively closing supplier qualifications through the normal process or by exceptional means. You will monitor key suppliers within the CCIS organization, ensure good coordination between all services involved in CSR aspects, and participate in the technical drafting of CCIS CSR projects (implementation of solar panels, wind turbines, recycling, biodiversity enhancement, etc.). You will participate in regular meetings relevant to your scope. You will collect CSR initiatives and produce best practices to be shared within CCIS entities.

What are we looking for?

You have a higher education degree such as a Master 2 or 3rd year of engineering school with a specialization in CSR, Procurement.

You have an interest in CSR and knowledge of renewable energies.

You have a good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and IT tools.

You are bilingual in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate with English-speaking colleagues.

Your interpersonal skills, sense of anticipation, responsiveness, and analytical abilities are assets that concern you.

You demonstrate team spirit, autonomy, resilience, and a great capacity for adaptation, allowing you to communicate easily.
