YOUR ROLE
Within the Human Resources Department of the CMA CGM Group, you will assist the teams with the daily tasks of the Compensation and Benefits department.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
• You conduct benchmarks to evaluate our market positioning regarding employee compensation.
• You analyze the renewals of health and welfare insurance contracts.
• You monitor the evolution of the payroll compared to the budget and support budget campaigns.
• You analyze data quality and follow up with HRBPs for corrections if necessary.
• You create explanatory documents on salary structures and benefits.
• You implement tools to help managers and employees better understand their total compensation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
• You are currently pursuing a Master 2 in Human Resources, Finance, or Management.
• You have an aptitude for data analysis and are proficient in Excel, Qliksense, and Workday.
• You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
• You possess good communication skills, demonstrate discretion, and are capable of organizing your work autonomously.
• You are rigorous and precise.
