INTERNSHIP - Container Management Officer-Business Process Analyst

Your missions
Within the Container Logistics Department, you will be responsible for assisting the container rental contracts team in their daily tasks. In this context, you will be responsible for controlling part of the invoicing and updating the system after data reconciliation. Once you have mastered the logic and functioning of the control tool, you will help your manager delegate part of the controls to the Shared Service Center (SSC) by improving the control tool and the current process.
What will you do?
- Participate in improving IT queries to ensure reliable results when comparing invoice data with the group’s IT system data.
- Control the rental invoices for containers used by the group. These invoices are xls/csv files that require specific IT processing to be checked.
- Consider various ways to communicate, share, and delegate certain controls to the SSC.
- Train SSC staff on the additional tasks assigned to them.
What are we looking for?
- You have a higher education degree such as a Master 2 or 3rd year of business school with a specialization in Project Management, International Trade.
- You have a good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ideally, you have experience in project management.
- You are bilingual in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate with English-speaking colleagues.
- Your interpersonal skills, sense of anticipation, responsiveness, and analytical abilities will enable you to successfully carry out the tasks of this position with rigor and attention to detail.
- You quickly demonstrate autonomy, a great capacity for analysis and synthesis, which allows you to communicate easily, curiosity, and professional maturity.
- You have good communication and teamwork skills.
