YOUR ROLE     


Integrated into the Corporate Legal Department of CMA CGM, you will assist the Deputy Corporate Legal Director and his team in their daily tasks, particularly in corporate law.
 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?


•    You will support the Corporate team in monitoring the corporate life of the Group’s French and foreign subsidiaries.
•    Reporting directly to the Deputy Corporate Legal Director and a Managing Counsel, you will assist the team’s lawyers with various corporate law tasks such as approving accounts, changing executive mandates, etc.
•    You will also participate in internal restructuring operations, integration projects for new acquisitions, and the maintenance and updating of corporate governance documents and databases.
•    Finally, you will assist the team with legal research and drafting memoranda, and you will be responsible for legal monitoring in corporate law and litigation.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


•    You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (BAC +5) in Business Law or Corporate Legal Advisory, specializing in international business law.
•    You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
•    You are proficient in computer tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
•    You have strong analytical and synthesis skills and excellent writing abilities.
•    You are meticulous with a strong sense of organization.
•    You have good team spirit.
•    You are curious and committed.
