INTERNSHIP - ISC MEG Line Operations Officer

Your Missions 

 

You will join the Operations Department for the India Subcontinent Middle East Gulf lines, responsible for ensuring the operational follow-up of partner vessels and producing statistics related to vessel rotations. 

 

 

What Will You Do? 

 

  • Supervise the work of a team based in India 

  • Update the schedules of partner vessels based on information received from partners and challenge the partners if necessary 

  • Produce various statistics and analyses (speeds, consumptions, port stays...) 

 

 

What Are We Looking For? 

 

  • You hold a higher education degree (BAC+4/BAC+5) from a university or business school with a specialization in logistics, international trade, or maritime transport 

  • You are proficient with computer tools (Excel, Word, Internet, Outlook, etc.) and have good IT adaptability 

  • You possess skills in data exploitation 

  • You have theoretical knowledge of international transport and an interest in maritime trade/transport 

  • You are bilingual in English, able to read, write, and communicate with English-speaking colleagues 

  • You demonstrate autonomy and rigor 

  • You have team spirit, good interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills
