INTERNSHIP - Internal Customer Service - Operational Follow-up

YOUR ROLE     

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Military Cargo and Explosive Cargo Department. You will actively participate in managing bookings, ensuring their compliance with international and local regulations. You will also be involved in obtaining the necessary documents and authorizations to ensure the safety and legality of our transports.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

•    You will ensure the follow-up and validation of bookings.
•    You will create product sheets for military cargo.
•    You will conduct webinars with local agents and general managers to update port sheets.
•    You will follow up on files received by the GBS.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

•    You are preparing a Bachelor's degree (BAC +3) in Logistics or Supply Chain.
•    You have excellent proficiency in Excel, including VBA and advanced formulas.
•    You have a good knowledge of the maritime domain.
•    You have experience in operational and logistical environments.
•    You are autonomous and capable of working independently.
•    You have strong analytical skills and the ability to take a step back.
•    You have a synthetic mind.
•    You are rigorous and organized.
•    You are proactive and a source of proposals.
