YOUR ROLE
The CISO Office is a cross-functional team that acts as a governance entity within the Group’s Cybersecurity Department. Its role is to define and oversee the Department’s strategy, manage the entire cybersecurity program, handle all strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, support the CISO, produce reports for the Executive Committee, and define and control the budget. Our new objective is to develop a communication and marketing pillar for the Department.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• You will assist in developing a comprehensive communication and marketing plan for the Cyber department.
• You will conduct research and analysis of industry best practices and digital marketing trends.
• You will collaborate with the CISO office to develop use cases and align marketing strategies with the company’s growth objectives.
• You will help design communication campaigns to promote the department’s achievements and thought leadership.
• You will assist in creating content for various communication channels, including internal platforms, newsletters, and posters.
• You will provide input on branding strategies, messaging, and positioning to ensure a consistent and professional brand identity.
• You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives, adjusting strategies based on performance indicators.
• You will support the coordination of global cyber events and thought leadership initiatives.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• You have a Master’s degree (BAC +5) and are pursuing a degree in communication, marketing, or business.
• You have previous experience in developing communication and/or marketing activities. (profil MBA)
• You have a strong interest in digital marketing, communication strategies, and brand management.
• You can conduct in-depth market research and data analysis.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• You are creative and able to think strategically about marketing initiatives.
• You are familiar with content management systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
• You are an expert in PowerPoint, CANVA, and Excel.
• You have good interpersonal skills and are comfortable in social interactions.
• You are curious and open-minded.
• You are motivated and meticulous.
• You are proactive and eager to learn.
• You are resourceful and enterprising.
