Your Role
Within the 'Energy Transition' department, the IMO & EU Compliance Platform team is a multidisciplinary team established to address the new regulatory constraints imposed by the IMO (International Maritime Organization) and Europe. It serves as a support and expertise role to assist CMA CGM Group's transition in regulatory, technological, and operational aspects. You will join this team to structure and digitize regulatory monitoring processes, participating in the deployment of a tool aimed at consolidating and recording regulations and tracking actions taken.
What are you going to do?
• You will take ownership of the regulatory monitoring tool and conduct a needs assessment with departments beyond ports & terminals.
• You will work closely with the regulatory monitoring teams and the project manager.
• You will be involved in the entire project implementation cycle, from needs assessment to deployment.
• You will propose improvements to optimize the performance of the tool and processes.
Who are we looking for?
• You are in your third year of an engineering program or pursuing a Master 2 in Procurement, Logistics, or Law, with an interest in project management.
• You master computer and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, retroplanning, timeline).
• You are comfortable in English.
• You have a good level of assertiveness, the ability to structure problems and propose remediation plans.
• You have effective written and oral communication, rigor in project management, and an analytical and synthetic mind.
