INTERNSHIP - Project Coordinator for the New Energies Coalition

Your missions 

 

 Integrated into the Assets & Operations Department of the CMA CGM Group, you will assist the person in charge of the General Secretariat of the New Energies Coalition. You will thus contribute to the promotion and proper functioning of this consortium aimed at accelerating the energy transition of transport and logistics. 

 

 

What will you do? 

 

  • Participate in the management of various working groups and ensure cross-functional monitoring of all projects carried out within the Coalition. 

  • Assist in drafting specifications and deliverables. 

  • Contribute to the preparation and updating of content and language elements for internal (Coalition members) and external (Coalition website and social media) use. 

  • Support the proper functioning of the General Secretariat of the Coalition by contributing to good document, administrative, and financial management and organizing committees and meetings of the various working groups. 

  • Conduct documentary monitoring on energy transition topics (sustainable energy and mobility). 

  • Implement project coordination tools within the team. 

 

 

What are we looking for? 

 

  • You have a higher education background such as a Master 2 or 3rd year of engineering school with a specialization in CSR, Energy, International Relations. 

  • Ideally, you have experience in CSR or within a strategic team, and you have knowledge in project management and coordination. 

  • You are bilingual in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate with English-speaking colleagues, and you are proficient in computer tools (Word, PPT). 

  • You demonstrate rigor, analytical skills, and synthesis ability. 

  • Dynamic, you show responsiveness, rigor, curiosity, and professional maturity. 

  • A contact person, you have a team spirit and excellent communication skills.
