INTERNSHIP - Project Manager - Change & Digital Adoption

YOUR ROLE     

 

You will join the Tech Delivery service, which supports the deployment of various digital tools (AI, Communication, Smart Building, Power Platform). You will work on change and digital adoption projects, focusing on new technologies and innovative practices.

 


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 

•    You will participate in the implementation of change and digital adoption projects.
•    You will collaborate with internal teams to identify and analyze digital transformation needs.
•    You will develop and implement strategies to encourage the adoption of new technologies by end users.
•    You will create and lead training and awareness workshops for employees.
•    You will monitor and evaluate the impact of change and digital adoption initiatives.
•    You will work on projects related to generative AI (e.g., Copilot for M365).
•    You will contribute to internal communication via enterprise social network platforms like MySociabble.

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

•    You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
•    You are proficient with the Office suite and have a good knowledge of O365 tools.
•    You have knowledge of innovative digital solutions.
•    Experience in managing digital transformation programs and projects is a plus.
•    You have excellent communication skills, the ability to lead meetings, and engage users.
•    You have a team spirit and a good sense of collaboration in a multicultural environment.
•    You have team management skills.
•    You are proficient in executive communication and reporting.
•    You have skills and experience in project management.
