YOUR ROLE
The Talent Development team plays a strategic role within the global Human Resources service, being responsible for managing talent management processes, development programs and tools designed to support employees' career advancement, and to equip them with skills and knowledge to excel in a rapidly changing world.
By actively contributing to cross-functional HR projects, this department also participates in the continuous improvement of processes and the optimization of HR tools, in order to support the growth and performance of all employees.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Creating a general booklet on the skill profiles of participants, designed upon request to meet the specific needs of the teams.

Setting up a communication kit for the global HR community to promote talent development processes and tools.

Contributing to the analysis and monitoring of talent-related data, helping to better understand and anticipate development needs.

Assisting in the automation of current talent development processes, using artificial intelligence to optimize daily tasks and improve efficiency.

Organizing events.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

You are currently in a Master’s program (Master 2) in Human Resources or a similar field.

You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.

You have strong organizational skills and a keen analytical ability.

You are well-versed in project management and curious to explore new approaches.

You have a team-oriented mindset, are a good listener, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and writing skills.
-
A first experience in talent management or in an HR environment would be a valuable asset.
