You will join the Key Account Marketing & Sales Department at CMA CGM's head office in Marseille.
You will assist the Key Account Manager in managing his portfolio within the framework of the new "Sales" organization of the Group's Key Accounts unit and you will participate in the commercial relationship with the portfolio's direct customers.

In this context, you will be responsible for the commercial development of a segment of the portfolio, commercial management.



In this context, you will be responsible, in collaboration with the Key Account Manager, for:

  • Follow-up of the tender (launch in collaboration with our Shared Service Center in India (SSC), follow-up of the HO/SSC pricers returns, control and final validation for sending to the customer)
  • Consolidation and analysis of all documents related to the tender: Customer Requirements, legal aspects, compliance, environment, credit terms...) which will be used as a basis for the preparation of the contract. You will work in interaction with the legal, credit and insurance departments of the group & Customer service.
  • Follow-up of awards as soon as they are received (follow up of the disptach to the lines and the good integration in LARA of the main lines), consolidation of allocations and customer forecasts in collaboration with the Lines (follow up of the "no roll").
  • Preparation of the SOP in collaboration with the Customer Service.
  • Sales performance reporting required by the Key Account Manager to manage his portfolio
  • Follow-up of the Sales Action Plan






  • Graduated from a Master's degree in a Business School, you are fluent in English and are very comfortable with EXCEL.
  • First successful experience in the shipping/logistics industry (internship etc). 
  • Organized, methodical, rigorous, and reactive, your analytical skills and your mastery of computer tools allow you to be a force of proposal.
