International Mobility Officer

YOUR ROLE
In a context of reorganisation and harmonisation of processes across the Group, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Group's international mobility policy is applied locally and will be the point of contact for supporting mobility projects.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Plan arrivals and departures and follow a retroplanning of actions to be taken
• Manage the operations involved in the arrival of impatriates and seconded employees from start to finish (managing immigration files, employee integration, updating HR tools, coordinating with service providers, drafting amendments, interviewing the employee, putting together immigration files, managing expense reimbursements, reporting, communication, etc.)
• Working with the international mobility structure to study the best possible options
• Accompanying the employee during his/her mobility (answering questions, coordinating the various parties involved if necessary and liaising with the various contacts)
• Take charge of and participate in cross-functional projects related to your area of competence or expertise
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Higher education - You have at least 3 years' professional experience in the field of international mobility in a complex, regulated organisation
• You are familiar with the principles of international mobility (legal, tax, immigration, etc.)
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to work as part of a team and with a wide range of contacts
• You know how to anticipate, plan and put in place an effective and efficient organisation
• You have a very good level of written and spoken English
• You have a good command of the Office Pack
