Internship - Business Control Officer (M/F)

MISSION :
You analyze, increase the reliability of and consolidate commercial, operational and financial information in order to give maximum visibility to the activity of the shipping line and thus make it possible to optimize decision-making in the various departments of the Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- You assist the line manager on a daily basis in managing his activity (setting up, monitoring and developing indicators specific to each line + studies).
- As such, you are in charge of producing forecast and actual results for the line as well as establishing the budget.
- You participate in the analysis of accounting / management discrepancies in order to identify possible operational problems and control standards. You alert the manager in the event of abuses affecting the line's accounts.
- You carry out studies and proposals for corrective measures to optimize line performance.
- You present the summary financial information intended for the Management.
PROFILE AND SKILLS :
- You are currently completing a higher education such as Master 2 in Finance / Accounting / Management.
- You ideally have a first short experience in management control ideally acquired within a large group of international size.
- You master computer and office tools.
- Your analytical mind and your sense of organization, allied to your openness and good interpersonal skills, will be assets for success in this position.
- Your English is operational.
