Internship-Communication Assistant

YOUR MISSIONS

 

The Communication department of TANGRAM is tasked with promoting, both internally and externally, the new innovation and skills development center dedicated to the future of sustainable logistics and maritime transport. Initiated by the CMA CGM Group, this center of excellence will make a significant contribution to the logistics and maritime transport sectors by addressing the major global challenges of today. 

Reporting to the Head of Communication at TANGRAM and working closely with the administrative team, you will be involved in key areas of communication and administrative support for procurement.

 

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

 

  • Creating and updating internal and external communication materials for TANGRAM (visuals, videos, social media content, presentations, etc.). 

  • Managing the Classbook and the production of badges and certificates for TANGRAM learners. 

  • Managing and tracking the stock of promotional items. 

  • Supporting the implementation of internal and external communication strategies. 

  • Coordinating daily with external vendors (videographers, photographers, agencies) and internal teams. 

  • Managing orders, handling purchases, and maintaining the supplier database in the internal software. 

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

 

  • You are currently following a Master degree, ideally from a business school or equivalent. 

  • You are fluent in both French and English. 

  • You have strong skills in office software and excellent writing abilities. 

  • You possess communication skills. 

  • You are autonomous, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team. 

  • Your organizational skills, attention to detail, dynamism, and good interpersonal skills will be key assets to succeed in this position.
