Internship - Data Analyst

THE ROLE


Within one of the Shipping Lines Departments, you will be in charge of analyzing and developing tools for monitoring the sales performance of the department in charge of a specific geographical area.


 
RESPONSIBILITIES


Within this framework, you are in charge of developing tools and supports that will enable all sales teams to have a better understanding of market trends and the sales performance of the sector. Working with the various functions within the Shipping Line (Sales, Shipping Flow Manager, Business Development and Management Control), you will participate in the automation of tools that will enable you to produce regular activity reports. In support of the sales team, you will carry out studies and analyses on an ad hoc basis, and assist them on a day-to-day basis by carrying out quotations in liaison with the network of international sales agents.
 


PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS


Currently a Master 2 student at a business or engineering school, you will ideally have completed an internship in a similar role. You have a very good level of written and spoken English. You are also very rigorous, analytical and curious. You have a high level of Excel skills, and knowledge of economics combined with an analytical mind will enable you to succeed in this mission.
