Internship - Financing Jurist (M/W)

MISSION:

 

As part of the strategy of diversifying its sources of financing and optimizing the Group's financial structure, you assist the financial department in securing the legal security of all financing transactions.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Reporting to the Corporate, Asset and Commercial Legal Director and to the Structured Finance Legal Manager:

 

  • You assist the Structured Finance Legal team in the negotiation and legal security of all Group financing: structured financing (asset financing and project financing), corporate financing, market financing (bonds), intra - financing Group, etc…;

 

  • You assist the Structured Financing Legal team in coordinating the interventions of the various Group departments involved in financing (finance and tax, insurance, compliance, etc.);

 

 

  • You are the guarantor of the respect of the rules of governance and compliance with regard to financing and of the satisfaction of the applicable regulatory obligations;

 

  • You monitor legislative and jurisprudential developments relating to banking and financial law.

 

  • You will be required to work closely with the finance department as well as with many other departments of the group.

 


PROFILE AND SKILLS:

 

  • You are completing a Master of financing law, security law and business law in general, with knowledge of tax matters.

 

  • Your experience has enabled you to develop a good knowledge of market practices in terms of financing. You have real writing skills in an international environment.

 

  • You are very involved in your professional life, show responsiveness and a spirit of initiative which allows you to meet the deadlines set for you.

 

  • Your interpersonal skills, analysis and synthesis, as well as your rigor and your critical thinking will allow you to successfully carry out the missions entrusted to you.

 

  • You speak and write fluently French and English.
