Internship - HR Assistant

Your role
Within our Human Resources Department, you will provide HR support for the international network of commercial agencies. You will contribute to the animation of our HR community and work on essential projects to facilitate the deployment of the group’s HR policy across various sites.
What are you going to do ?
- Participate in significant HR projects (e.g., reorganization, digital transformation, development program) to facilitate the implementation of the Group’s HR policy.
- Monitor various HR projects and their progress, improve existing HR dashboards and reporting, and communicate with HR and business stakeholders.
- Provide HR support to regions throughout the projects, listening to their operational challenges and proposing solutions.
- Assist in discussions about the organization of network entities and the definition of HR KPIs according to Group standards.
- Participate in HR initiatives led by the Business (e.g., seminars) or other departments within the Group.
Who are we looking for ?
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree at a top-tier business school or Sciences Po.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong proposal skills, curiosity, interpersonal skills, and writing abilities.
- Prior experience in human resources management is a significant advantage.
