Internship - HR Project Assistant

YOUR ROLE

 

Join our HR team within the Shipping department, an international service where HR teams are organized with a central office at the Head Office and regional HR Directors locally based. You will provide support for all HR projects related to the Shipping sector in a dynamic and international environment. 

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? 

 

  • Participate in key HR projects across the Shipping department. 

  • Monitor the progress of various projects, improve existing HR dashboards and reporting. 

  • Contribute to various Talent Management projects and initiatives. 

  • Support the deployment of the global social relations strategy.  

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? 

 

  • You hold a Master’s degree (preferably in HR or a generalist field). 

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. 

  • You have advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 

  • You have strong analytical and synthesis skills. 

  • A first experience in HR would be a plus. 

  • You can work efficiently in a team and in a collaborative environment. 

  • You always demonstrate discretion and respect confidentiality.
