Internship - HSE Analyst

Your Role

You join our QSSE (Quality, Safety, Health, Environment) department at CMA CGM Group, whose mission is to ensure the safety, security, and environment while ensuring the safety of the Group's operations and assets. You contribute to the implementation of robust security measures, with a strong focus on prevention, training, and employee awareness. The safety of operations is managed at the highest level, through audits, external certifications, incident monitoring, as well as strict control of hazardous materials and emergency management.

What are you going to do?

• You collaborate with QSSE managers to identify KPIs (key performance indicators) to be integrated into the dashboard.
• You extract relevant data from Smart_Touch and ShipTracking systems for integration into Qlik Sense.
• You create an interactive dashboard in Qlik Sense to monitor activities through safety indicators, incidents, environmental performance, etc.
• You conduct testing phases to verify the relevance, validity, and usefulness of the dashboard, adjusting features based on feedback from end users.
• You create comprehensive documentation to facilitate the use of the dashboard and train the QSSE team on its use

Who are we looking for ?

• You are currently pursuing a Master 2 in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Commerce.
• A first short experience in business control will be a plus.
• You master computer and office tools (especially Excel and QlikSense).
• Your analytical mind and your sense of organization, combined with your open-mindedness and good interpersonal skills, will be assets to succeed in this position.
• You are comfortable in English.
