Internship- International Communication Officer

YOUR ROLE

As part of the Communication Department at the CMA CGM Group headquarters in Marseille, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the communication strategy for the Group’s subsidiaries.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• Follow up on communication operations within the Group’s agencies and subsidiaries, in collaboration with the International Communication Manager.
• Actively participate in the organization of trade shows and client events internationally, working closely with local teams to ensure coherence in communication actions.
• Structure speeches for the Group's representatives at major events, in coordination with the communication teams.
• Manage the communication network with local contacts, ensuring that messages and communication actions are effectively and harmoniously relayed across all subsidiaries.
• Ensure the compliance of materials and content with the Group’s visual standards and guidelines, while maintaining respect for the brand image and institutional values.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• You have a Master’s degree (Master 1 / Master 2) in Communication, Marketing, Intercultural Studies, or International Relations.
• A first experience in a company, ideally within a large organization, would be a plus to facilitate integration.
• You demonstrate versatility, rigor, excellent interpersonal skills, and comfort with public speaking.
• You are curious, adaptable, diplomatic, and have a strong interest in international and intercultural matters.
• You are fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
• You are proficient with office tools, especially the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
