Internship - Legal Assistant for Contracts and Projects

YOUR ROLE
The Contracts and Projects division of the CMA CGM Legal Department is composed of 7 employees and a manager and provides support to the group's entities (France and international) in the negotiation and drafting of their commercial contracts. You will assist the legal contracts and projects team in its daily activities (contract negotiations, legal research, monitoring, etc.).
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, both in France and internationally, in various fields and sectors (energy, IT, digital, communication & sponsorship, infrastructure, R&D, etc.) for the group's various activities and companies. • You will support the team with legal research and the drafting of memos. • You will be responsible for legal monitoring in contract law or any other area related to the department's activities.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• You are preparing a Master 2 specializing in Business/Contract Law or International Business Law, ideally with a business school degree.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
• You have excellent command of computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are very comfortable with new technologies.
• You possess a strong team spirit.
• You have strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• You are curious and proactive.
• You have a well-developed sense of organization.
• Your perseverance will be asset for this position.
