Internship - Legal Contract Assistant (M/F)

ROLE:

 

Within the Legal Contracts Department of the Contracts and Projects Legal Department, you are in charge of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, both within France and internationally for the various activities and Group companies.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

As such, you are in charge of (in suopport of the team): 

- The development, drafting, negotiation and verification of commercial contracts related to the activity of Group companies (provision of services, subcontracting, purchases of equipment, partnerships, etc.) in connection in particular with Commercial Agencies of the Group and other Group Departments (Communication, General Services, etc.)
- Participation in the implementation and monitoring of Group contract models,
- Drafting and monitoring confidentiality agreements and/or strategic partnerships
- Advice to operational staff in their commercial transactions in terms of risk management and development of recommendations (legal analyses, search for solutions, decision support, etc.),
- Permanent legal monitoring


You also participate in the monitoring of the Group Compliance program (drafting of compliance clauses, evaluation of suppliers and partners, advice to operational staff in relation to the Sapin II law, etc.).

 

 

PROFILE & SKILLS

 

Undergraduate with a Master 2 in Business Law or Contract Law, you have a first experience of 1 to 2 years minimum acquired in the industrial sector preferably (automotive, aeronautics, rail, energy, oil & gas ) within a large international group or in a law firm.

 

You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken (you are able to write and negotiate in English) and master computer tools.

Responsive and adaptable, you are proactive and present solutions that meet both legislation and the Group's contractual requirements.

 

Synthetic, rigorous, organized, you have a developed analytical sense. Sensitive to new technologies, your interpersonal skills (dialogue and negotiation) make you a recognized jurist.
