Internship - Logistic Cost Control Officer

MISSION
Within Logistics department, you follow up on Logistic budget enforcement and get involved in costs audit, costs reduction analysis and follow up of action plan, monthly reporting

RESPONSABILITIES :

• OPEX monitoring :

- Identify and analyse costs drifts through OPEX periodic reporting or spot audit request -> alert management, define an action plan for costs optimization together with Logistics team and follow up on the implementation

- Prepare and process storage cost reporting

- Retrieve and perform SIPA analysis for MT repo cost follow up

- Monitor through use of Logistics tools: GAIA, Qliksense log dashboard etc…

• Costs saving actions :

- Follow up on cost savings initiatives by engaging with actions’ owners in RO/local countries,

- Support in promoting best practices across agencies

PROFILE :

• You are currently enrolled in a Finance, Logistic or transport Master. 
• English fluent and Excel skills
• You are problem-solving oriented, good writing and synthesis aptitudes, autonomous with interpersonal skills.
