Internship - M&A Legal Assistant (M/W)

MISSION

 

Within the Legal department of CMA CGM, you will be part of the group's M&A division and support the legal team in its projects and daily assignments.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • In this context, you participate in the drafting, in accordance with the strategy of the general management of the CMA CGM group, of the contractual and corporate documentation relating to the group's M&A projects.
  • You contribute to negotiations with third parties, including in particular the drafting of securities acquisition contracts, shareholder agreements, but also preliminary agreements (NDA, MOU, etc.).
  • You ensure compliance with the current legal environment and internal procedures of the CMA CGM group.

 

 

SKILLS PROFILE

 

  • Currently in Master 2 Business Law or Law School, you have already completed an internship in a firm or company which allowed you to acquire practical knowledge in company law and to prove your autonomy, your rigor as well as your reactivity .
  • You speak fluent English and master computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.).
  • You appreciate teamwork, you have a good analytical mind and are a force for proposal.
