Internship - Marketing PMO Assistant

YOUR ROLE
The Shipping and Group Functions academies are responsible for the development, maintenance, or acquisition of skills through the creation of job-specific training programs for employees in the Shipping department or across the entire Group for Group Functions. The Group Functions Academy, currently being established, is also responsible for integrating new entities into the Group with respect to Learning topics.
As part of the reorganization of Learning, your role will include contributing to the creation of the Group offer for support functions, identifying the employees concerned by this offer, participating in the Learning Impact project, and helping with the integration of new entities.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Inventorying and consolidating training offers for support functions across subsidiaries.

Collaborating with business experts to create a Group-wide training offer.

Formalizing and presenting the training offers for Shipping and Group Functions academies.

Creating training product sheets and mapping employees concerned.

Assisting with the Learning Impact project: formalizing and deploying the project, writing guidelines, preparing workshops, etc.

Supporting the integration of new entities by collecting existing training programs, identifying target populations, aligning training with the Group offer, and facilitating LMS integration.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

You are pursuing a Bac +5 degree, with a specialization in marketing and a sensitivity to HR.

You are proficient in the Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

You have experience in project management.

You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

You have skills in product marketing.

You possess strong interpersonal skills and a well-developed sense of listening.
