Internship - Network & Partnership management

YOUR ROLE

As part of the CSR Department at the CMA CGM Head Office Marseille, you will assist the CSR Partnerships & Network team in its daily activities. You will help promote and manage the Group’s new CSR strategy.

You will create an action and communication plan to raise awareness and engage our employees in the Group’s CSR initiatives, showcasing these projects. 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• Contribute to the daily management of the CSR network to foster engagement and ensure successful project implementation.
• Ensure the quality of CSR initiatives submitted by the network in our management tool.
• Coordinate network actions and communication plans with the communication department.
• Participate in developing the communication strategy and showcasing CSR projects.
• Update and/or create attractive and engaging communication content (e.g., guidelines, reports, PPT presentations, intranet pages).
• Participate in strategic CSR monitoring (environmental issues and projects, partners, competitors) to stay informed and support our CSR strategy.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• You hold or are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (M2) in CSR, communication, and/or change management.
• Ideally, you have prior experience in these fields, having developed your work autonomy and professional maturity.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong project management abilities. You demonstrate a capacity for synthesis and initiative, allowing you to carry out your tasks independently.
• You are adaptable and sociable, with strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to integrate quickly into diverse environments and collaborate effectively with teams.
• You are persistent, responsive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to react quickly to needs and unexpected situations.
