Internship - Partnership Agreements Controller

THE ROLE:

 

Within the Pool Department, you manage the partnership agreements of your area in administrative and financial terms.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Reporting to the Partnership agreements Manager, you are familiar with the different types of partnership agreements and you will ensure their good application in order to anticipate any possible financial consequences
  • You will control allocations (overcharging, respect and balance of spaces) and make a reporting partnership management
  • You will ensure the monitoring of financial situations contracts (invoicing, litigation, collection, partner disbursement, cash flow forecasts)
  • You will make statistics studies related to contracts and analyse data, and you will implement management tools to follow up the activity
  • You will perform a contractual monitoring by checking the contracts consistency with the operational situation to warn Lines
  • Finally, you advise the various Departments on the interpretation and enforcement of contracts, spread the news, make the coordination and the support of actions with support Services ensuring their proper care

 

 

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • You have a postgraduate degree (4/ 5 years) in Finance, Economics or Business Control
  • A first experience in Business Control would be a plus
  • You are fluent in English and you have very good command of computer and Office tools (especially in Excel advanced functions)
  • In connection with many internal people of the Company, as well as agents and owners partners, your interpersonal skills and your rigor, will help you in the performance of your mission
