Internship - Partnership Agreements Controller

Your role
By joining the Pool & Partnership team, you play a key role in supporting the existing team, thereby contributing to the optimization of CMA-CGM’s service quality.
What are you going to do ?
- You participate in the analysis, administrative and financial monitoring, and application of agreements signed between shipowners to develop and optimize service quality.
- You are familiar with the different types of partnership agreements and ensure their proper application to anticipate potential financial and operational consequences.
- You control the allocation of partners on board ships (excess, compliance, and balance of spaces) and produce reports.
- You produce statistical studies related to contracts, analyze data, and implement management tools for activity monitoring.
- You perform contractual follow-up by verifying the consistency of contracts with the operational situation to inform the lines.
- You advise various Departments on the interpretation and execution of contracts, disseminate information, coordinate, and take measures with support services to ensure optimal daily follow-up.
Who are we looking for ?
- You are currently pursuing a Master 2 in Finance, Economics, Business Control, or Commerce.
- A first experience in business control would be a plus.
- You master the Office Suite and Excel (advanced level).
- You are comfortable in English (written, spoken, and conversational), and are able to hold a conversation with English-speaking colleagues.
- You have good interpersonal skills, rigor, autonomy, and the ability to work in a team.
