Internship - Project Management Officer - Dangerous Cargo (PMO DCO)

Your role
You join the Global Operations Efficiency Department, where you will play a key role in monitoring the application of international regulations on dangerous goods. You participate in the development of a large-scale project by working closely with IT and operational teams to ensure the smooth integration of new technologies.
What are you going to do?
- You track the progress of tasks, prepare progress reports, and ensure communication between teams.
- You analyze best practices and solutions for managing dangerous goods, identifying the specific needs of the project.
- You create small tools (Excel) for the needs of the DCO.
- You write and update project documentation (project plans, meeting reports, etc.).
- You work with IT and operations teams to ensure the smooth integration of new technologies.
- You participate in the testing and validation phases of the developed tools, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory requirements.
Who are we looking for?
- You are currently following a Master 2 at a business school.
- You have a good command of Excel and VBA, and are comfortable with data (Excel, Qlik Sense) and PowerPoint.
- You are bilingual in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate with English-speaking colleagues.
- You have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, a sense of organization, and attention to detail.
- You demonstrate teamwork, autonomy, proactivity, and have excellent communication skills.
