Internship - Project Officer

Your role

You join the Business Transformation team to participate in the deployment of a strategic and large-scale project for the group. You contribute to the smooth integration of the new allocation solution into existing processes, minimizing activity interruptions. You work in collaboration with various departments and external providers, both internally and internationally.

What are you going to do ?

• You assist in the deployment of the new allocation solution, ensuring its smooth integration into existing processes.
• You contribute to the migration strategy from the current tool to the new solution, participating in the planning, coordination, and implementation of key transition steps.
• You participate in the preparation and delivery of user training, focusing on the integration of new employees and the presentation of new features or updates.
• You take part in the testing phases of new solutions to ensure that the deployed functionalities meet business and functional needs before going live.

Who are we looking for ?

• You are preparing for a higher education program, such as a Master’s degree (second year) at a business school.
• A first experience in digital transformation would be a plus.
• You master the Office Pack.
• You are bilingual in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate with English-speaking colleagues.
• Your analytical mind, interest in digital transformation, and good interpersonal skills are assets for success in this position.
