Internship- Salesforce Data Quality Manager

This internship is an opportunity to discover at the same time the Maritime & Logistic industry, the Customer Relationship process from end to end (Sales & Customer Care), the SalesForce tool and the Agile methodology.



NOVA is our CRM tool based on SalesForce Service & Sales Cloud solution, managing all the interactions related to Customer Care & Sales process. It is critical that the Masterdata supporting the tool is defined and maintained appropriately.

Within the Business transformation team, as an assistant to the Data Quality Manager, you will support:

  • Ensuring the quality of the Masterdata in Nova,
  • Applying the vision, roadmap, organization, governance, process, tools & KPIs to ensure all the people involved are managing our Nova Masterdata in compliance to these,
  • You will support the Data Quality Manager in her Product Owner role and follow Agile methodology
  • You will work transversally with several departments: 
  • The Data Governance Office, to ensure Nova data vision is in line with the global data vision, 
  • The Nova Product Owners responsible for new/enhancement of Product in Nova, consuming Nova Masterdata, to ensure Masterdata needed are available, adequately sourced and at the level of quality expected, 
  • The IT Project team, to ensure the IT Tools are supporting what was defined, 
  • The Business teams across our agencies, regions and head office to ensure it is applied across our network 



We are looking for a candidate who will be at ease with both business and IT interactions, able to perform data analysis as well as summarizing their outcome for business stakeholders.

  • English & French fluent, written and spoken
  • Good communication skills, good listener
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesis, thoroughness
  • Well organized with strong planning skills
  • Flexible and persistent, able to work transversally
  • Knowledge of SalesForce (ServiceCloud or CRM), the maritime industry, the CRM process, the Agile methodology is a plus but not mandatory
