Internship - Strategic account project officer

ROLE

As a part of the Global Sales Department, you will report to the Project Manager, assisting him/her in the various projects to transform the organization, processes and tools that impact the Sales Department. 

You will be based at our head office and will work in an international and multicultural environment. You may also be required to work with other departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1)    Deployment and adoption of the new Group CRM with sales staff and in collaboration with the project team 
-    Training and supporting Global Key Account Managers in the use of the tool, and in the new new features deployed
-    Monitoring adoption KPIs ( use, data completeness, ...) 
-    Identifying and coordinating bug fixes and enhancements with the CRM project team

2)    Coordination of powerpoint presentations for the customer sponsorship program / customer visits
-    Creating customer presentation templates to be completed by different stakeholders
-    Facilitating briefings in order to identify the content to be produced by each stakeholder
-    Writing meeting minutes
-    Monitoring the progress of each stakeholder's production, and make the necessary follow-ups to ensure that the content is delivered on time

3)    Organization of the 2025 sales budget exercice for Global Accounts
-    Organizing a budget kick off (attendees, content)
-    Organizing all logistics elements required for workshops to validate budget by shipping line (~ 50 to 90 workshops: attendees, schedule, rooms, reminders, etc.)
-    Helping to compile data discussed during workshops, to provide an aggregated view of the 2025 budget to top management (by account, by industry, by shipping line)

4)    Support the launch of new projects / processes
-    Gathering information required from the relevant stakeholders
-    Formatting consolidated information (i.e. Excel tracker, power point presentation, RACI, ...)  
-    Coordinating logistics and other prerequisites for launch (team vacation/travel, venue booking, technical testing if remote webinar, etc.)

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Currently studying for a Master's degree in International Commerce, specializing in Consulting, Business or Project Management.

- You have a good command of IT and office tools such as the Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and good analytical skills.

- Your English is fluent, both written and spoken.

- You have the ability to manage several activities in parallel, and ideally already have initial experience in project management.

- You are organized, rigorous and proactive 

- Good assertiveness and listening skills 

- You have a sense of service, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

- Your adaptability and flexibility will enable you to succeed in your mission.
