Internship - Talent Acquisition & Projects Officer (M/F)

ROLE:

 

Within the Human Resources Department of CMA CGM's Head Office, you join the Talent Acquisition team in order to provide it with active support on all of its projects. Thus, you assist the Recruitment Officers by intervening in the entire process from the analysis of the need to the integration of the candidates.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Positioned in support of the various members of the recruitment team, you are required to recruit for all of the Group's businesses.

At the end of the audit of the need in which you participate alongside the Recruitment Managers, you participate in the development of the research strategy and set up the relevant sourcing actions.

 

You are involved in writing job descriptions, in French and English, and are in charge of posting them on the various Job-boards as well as on our careers site. You develop a permanent quality pool of recurring professions and carry out an initial selection of the applications received, then carry out recruitment interviews by telephone and face to face/video.

 

You propose a list of relevant candidates to the Recruitment Officer or the Manager. You are also responsible for the qualitative management of applications and can intervene on any other ad hoc missions that will be entrusted to you for the Talent Acquisition division.

 

Finally, you also participate in the management of cross-functional Talent Acquisition and School Relations projects.

 

 

PROFILE AND SKILLS:

 

Actually in a Master's degree in Human Resources or General Management, you have already completed an internship in a Human Resources Department or in a recruitment firm which has allowed you to familiarize yourself with profile evaluation techniques.

Autonomous, rigorous, you have listening skills and communication skills, both written and spoken in French and English.

You also show rigor and organization, and your strength of proposal and spirit of initiative will allow you to succeed in these mission.

 

Gratification : between 1000€ and 1500€ gross per month
