Internship - Tender Manager

YOUR ROLE
You will work within the BCO Tender Desk department, responsible for handling annual tenders from key accounts in the Transpacific and Transatlantic markets to the USA. You will manage maritime tenders and ensure commercial follow-up of a client portfolio.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• You will download, verify, and communicate tender information to the relevant departments.
• You will collect all pricing instructions from the relevant services on time.
• You will complete tender files using the established tools (Excel macro file).
• You will verify and make necessary corrections.
• You will submit tender responses by the imposed deadline.
• You will follow up on tenders throughout the negotiation process.
• You will participate in updating pricing tools.
• You will assist in setting up US service contracts after the acceptance of service offers.
• You will ensure commercial follow-up on performance and client relationships.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• You are preparing a Master’s degree (BAC +5) in International Trade with a specialization in Logistics.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You have excellent skills in Excel.
• You are proficient with office and IT tools and can adapt to various software used within the group.
• You have an open mind and the ability to communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• You can organize your workload to meet deadlines.
• You have an analytical mindset: you can identify problems and find relevant solutions.
• You demonstrate rigor and the ability to manage priorities.
• You have a strong team spirit.
• You are organized and have excellent interpersonal skills.
