Internship - Treasury and Project Management

YOUR ROLE

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- Monitor penny tests, verify their status in the banking communication tool, analyze results, and update the penny test logs.
- Identify causes (tools, formats, services) of penny test non-execution, and communicate results to the relevant teams, including potential corrective actions.
- Track daily testing phases and implement a tool to follow up on daily updates.
- Organize a schedule to regularly communicate test status to the project team and notify them of major events impacting the roadmap.
- Analyze delays and adjust planning, identify the causes of discrepancies (over 5 working days), and create a tool to track these discrepancies with explanations for the root cause.
- Write improvement proposals in the event of delays or significant adjustments to the original schedule.
- Provide support and follow-up on the bank fee management project, including understanding the existing processes, assisting with the implementation of a management tool, and defining reporting for monitoring.

- Regularly track actions related to FiCOM, acting as the main contact between headquarters (HO) and FiCOM for all ongoing topics.
- Set up and manage the necessary tools to track tests, project deviations, and reporting, while ensuring regular and structured communication with project teams and stakeholders.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- You are pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +5) with a focus on corporate finance.
- You are proficient in office tools, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- You are comfortable in both French and English, both written and spoken.
- Your strong interpersonal skills, listening ability, and energy are key assets for this role.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
- You are outgoing, proactive, and have a true sense of open-mindedness for teamwork.
