MISSION

By joining CMA CGM Academy, you will integrate a team of passionate people who challenge themselves around an ambitious corporate objective.

As L&D Expert, you are part of the Academy Back Office.

You implement each learning solution to meet employees’ requirements, ensuring compliance with training legislation, HR policy and allocated budget.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You select and implement individual and collective learning solutions, developed by the Academy or by external partners.
  • You organize assessments and debriefings for our internal and external trainers.
  • You deploy complex solutions internationally: multi-training, multi-country, multi-language, multi-currency. You propose the most suitable and customized deployment methods (100% online or mixed course, internal or external trainers, etc.), you implement them and create the appropriate reports to meet the needs of customers. You manage each of these deployments as a project in coordination with the Academy teams, internal clients, trainers and international HR.
  • You ensure the quality of our learning solutions, through hot and cold feedback and regular interviews with participants, HRBPs and trainers.
  • You manage funding files according to current training legislation.
  • You book classrooms, manage training material, send invitations to participants and trainers.
  • You manage training administrative files (contracts, invoices) and record data in HRIS.
  • You produce global reports and follow up on the Academy KPIs.

 

 

PROFILE AND COMPETENCES

You have experience managing complex and international projects.

You have a strong appetite for digital.

You are customer focused, you know how to prioritize and are detailed oriented. You are autonomous, rigorous and proactive.

You are a team player who quickly build trustful relationships with local and international colleagues.

You are comfortable with office tools, especially Excel.

You are fluent in French and English (speaking and writing).
