YOUR ROLE

As part of the Academy for Group Functions, you are the key point of contact for the business departments of the Group’s support functions, including the Finance Department, Legal, and Group Audit/Risk. You'll directly report to the Director of the Academy of Group Functions. You support them in defining current competency development needs and anticipating future ones in the context of transformations. The scope is international.

You propose appropriate training solutions and, when necessary, develop innovative individual and collective learning solutions on technical business skills within your scope, with the support of instructional designers. Depending on your expertise, you also facilitate some of these learning solutions.

By developing common learning paths for the different entities of the Group, you contribute to fostering a shared Group culture.

You collaborate closely with various Talent Management teams (Back Office, Factory, and Digital Learning) to create and implement these solutions.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

  • Be recognized as the main point of contact for the Academy of Group Functions in your areas of responsibility.
  • Develop a network within the business departments to understand and anticipate the needs of different functions at all levels.
  • Listen, analyze, challenge, and structure the competency development needs of business departments in close collaboration with the HRBPs of the relevant scope.
  • Draft specifications and launch calls for tenders in partnership with the procurement team, selecting service providers in compliance with price/quality guidelines.
  • Contribute to project management and oversee complex training projects, ensuring the follow-up of design and production.
  • With the help of instructional designers or external providers, propose, design, and facilitate solutions that meet your clients' needs.
  • Develop content, including trainer’s guides, facilitator and participant materials.
  • Draft the necessary marketing materials for the created solutions.
  • Identify, assess, train, and manage a network of internal (occasional internal trainers) and external trainers.
  • Evaluate the impact of implemented learning solutions and continuously improve them.
  • Ensure that each job family within your scope has a structured career development path.

This role does not involve team management. You'll autonomously manage your network and projects but it'll be indirect management.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

You have at least 8 years of working experience (outside internships and apprenticeships).

Your industry expertise and interpersonal skills are recognized by your peers. You enjoy sharing knowledge and contributing to skill development. You continually expand your network and are comfortable managing complex situations at all levels on a variety of topics.

You enjoy teamwork and project-based work, and the solutions you provide are innovative, pragmatic, and client-oriented.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in both written and spoken English and French, with the ability to facilitate training sessions in both languages.
