MISSION You will develop and lead individual and collective development solutions related to leadership, management, culture, and transformation. You will work closely with a Back Office for the implementation of these solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Listen, analyze, challenge, and structure the needs of internal clients.
- Propose, design, and facilitate solutions that meet the identified needs.
- Develop innovative educational approaches for both in-person and online formats.
- Identify, evaluate, train, and manage a network of internal and external contributors.
- Draft specifications and issue calls for tenders in partnership with the procurement department, selecting suppliers in compliance with price/quality standards.
- Manage complex training projects, ensuring their smooth transition from design to deployment.
- Create training materials and draft necessary documents for communication purposes.
- Evaluate implemented learning solutions and make necessary adjustments.
PROFILE AND SKILLS With a higher education degree equivalent to BAC+5, you have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in training and facilitating leadership solutions. Your strong listening, questioning, analytical, and synthesizing abilities enable you to precisely define needs. You are comfortable working with both top management and operational teams. You are proactive, comfortable with negotiation, and skilled in persuasion techniques. Your creativity, teaching ability, and aptitude for teamwork and project-based work ensure the delivery of innovative, practical, and customer-oriented solutions. Recognized by your peers, you leverage your relational skills to expand your network and effectively manage complex situations across a wide range of topics. You are proficient in office software tools. You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French, and capable of facilitating sessions in both languages. The position is a full-time permanent contract (CDI).
