Learning & Development Officer

This role is to start in June on a 4 months fixed-term contract.

 

MISSION

 

Within TANGRAM, a center of excellence for training and innovation aimed at creating sustainable transportation and logistics for the future, you will join the Back Office team managed by CMA CGM ACADEMY. You will deploy a range of learning solutions to meet the needs of both internal and external clients of TANGRAM, in compliance with training legislation, HR policy, and allocated budget. These learning solutions primarily target high-potentials, experts, and managers within the CMA CGM Group.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The Back Office missions span across all areas. Therefore, it is expected that each Learning & Development Officer supports their colleagues when appropriate. Responsibilities include:

• Selecting and implementing off-the-shelf individual and collective learning solutions in accordance with the price/quality charter.

• Coordinating and implementing individual and collective learning solutions by working closely with the Front Office.

• Understanding and managing various networks of stakeholders (subject matter, quality, price, geography, etc.).

• Organizing evaluation sessions and debriefing internal and external stakeholders.

• Booking rooms, managing educational materials, sending invitations to trainees and internal/external trainers.

• Managing administrative tasks: entering solutions, sessions, trainee and trainer registrations into the HRIS. Recording attendance sheets, managing training agreements, compiling administrative files. Contributing to the preparation of tax declarations.

• Ensuring the quality of solutions through real-time and post-training evaluations, and regular interactions with participants, HR Business Partners, and trainers.

• Working closely with the accounting department to ensure the invoicing and payment tracking of solutions provided to relevant establishments and payments to trainers.

• Ensuring the application of the participant registration/unregistration process.

• Assembling funding files in accordance with current regulations and tracking their payment.

• Overseeing the planning and implementation of solutions. Producing and monitoring KPIs.

 

 

PROFILE AND SKILLS

 

Holder of a Bachelor's degree, you have experience ideally acquired within a training department or training organization, demonstrating your autonomy, rigor, and responsiveness. You are customer-oriented, able to prioritize, and have attention to detail.

You can establish trust with your daily contacts in an international environment.

You are known for your ability to find solutions to profession-related issues.

You have perfect mastery of office software and LMS tools.

Your French and English are fluent in both written and spoken forms.
