TANGRAM is the new center for innovation and skills development dedicated to creating the future of sustainable logistics and maritime transport. Created by the CMA CGM Group, this new center of excellence will make a decisive contribution to the logistics and maritime transport sectors by addressing the major challenges the world faces today (environmental, societal, etc.). The goal is to bring together international experts and key players in the transport and logistics sectors to co-create the new rules of the game for tomorrow.

 

 

MISSION

Reporting to the Director of TANGRAM, your role is to implement TANGRAM's strategic vision in the design, execution, monitoring, and impact measurement of the training provided.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Deploy the strategic vision and oversee the operational implementation of the training:

    • Assess needs, manage and coordinate educational teams
    • Implement appropriate management procedures, operations, and tools, based on the needs expressed by the Tangram management.
    • Design and ensure the compliance of the training catalog.
    • Control, evaluate, and provide the documentation and educational materials for each training.
    • Supervise participant registration processes and ensure the alignment of training with the needs of each profile, in collaboration with the HR department.
    • Deploy evaluation tools and impact measurement of the training and monitor participants over time.
    • Represent Tangram's management with partner universities upon request.
  2. Manage the educational teams:

    • By providing direction and managing day-to-day activities
    • By facilitating workshops and training sequences
    • By ensuring performance and proper execution of activities
  3. Control and improve the quality of the training:

    • Ensure the quality and academic and pedagogical excellence of the programs as well as their compliance with current and future grades, labels, certifications, and accreditations.
    • Propose innovations to enhance the participant experience.
    • Conduct strategic monitoring to ensure the constant updating of teachings with the latest scientific advancements in the field.
    • Write and manage Tangram's educational regulations.
    • Participate in writing accreditation, labeling, and annual activity reports in collaboration with Tangram's director.
    • Organize and participate in program improvement committees and follow up on the implementation of decisions made.
  4. Supervise participants, acting as an interface with professors on all pedagogical issues and daily life within Tangram.

  5. Consolidation, Budget, and Reporting:

    • Monitor and manage the daily budget, produce necessary information for internal and external stakeholders, and ensure its reliability with the support of Tangram's finance and management control teams.
    • Ensure monthly reporting of training activity to the Director of TANGRAM.

 

 

PROFILE AND SKILLS

 

  • Holder of a Master’s degree, you have about fifteen years of experience in L&D in the corporate world.
  • A professional in higher education and/or corporate continuing education, you have a passion for teaching and teamwork. You know how to structure training activities and develop them for an international audience.
  • You have proven experience as a trainer and facilitator. You are capable of delivering training in both French and English.
  • You have a sense of service quality, customer relations, and results. Capable of creating and improving operational management processes, you demonstrate both caring and demanding leadership.
  • You are autonomous and creative to quickly solve operational issues of the teams.
  • Diplomatic, you can interact with institutional partners as well as with the highest representatives of companies.
  • Rigorous in business management, you are capable of innovations to improve team productivity and training excellence.
