YOUR ROLE:

 

As a member of the Labor Relations team within the Human Resources Department, you will provide expertise and advice to HR department heads and Human Resources managers on all issues relating to labor law.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

 

As part of your duties, you will be involved in managing issues relating to individual labor relations, as well as supporting social dialogue.


As such, you will be involved in the following areas:

 

  • Advising and supporting the HR network on all issues relating to individual mostly, and collective labor relations;
  • Presentation of results and/or recommendations arising from in-depth studies carried out as part of major projects;
  • Management of disciplinary and litigation files;
  •  Active participation in alert-related investigations;
  • Implementation within the HR network of measures negotiated as part of collective agreements signed with trade unions
  • Legal management of HR projects;
  • Social monitoring to enable HR network training and updating of all contractual documents.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Master II in employment law
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar position, you have demonstrated your mastery of current procedures specific to employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of service and excellent writing skills.
  • Dynamism, a taste for challenge, adaptability
