Marketing - Sales Steering Specialist

This new activity enables us to offer a comprehensive range of services, thus reinforcing our strategic position with our global customers.
Already equipped with a fleet of 4 long-haul aircraft (1 A330F and 3 B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO aims to continue its growth. 8 Airbus A350Fs will complete the fleet in 2026 and 2027, with CMA CGM AIR CARGO being the launch airline for this new aircraft.
As part of its development, CMA CGM Air Cargo is looking for a Marketing - Sales Steering Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Cargo Marketing :

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote cargo services.

Conduct market research and liaise with outside sales to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch marketing initiatives.

Manage digital marketing channels, including website content, social media, and email campaigns.

Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market intelligence.
Cargo Sales Steering :

Support the alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.

Initiate and evaluate sales actions in collaboration with local sales to meet revenue targets.

Create actionable insights based on:

Point of sales development

2C positioning in the market

Create dialogue with Sales to steer incremental revenue.
