OPEX Business Controller

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Finance Department, you will work within the Business Control division and under the functional responsibility of the Global Experience Network "GEN" Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Ensuring and developing the Group's performance management (analysis of operating costs): 

• Establish the monthly consolidated report of the Agencies and Regional Offices under the responsibility of GEN.
• Analysing performance indicators and their changes in order to provide guidance to Management 
• Carrying out ad hoc studies in response to requests from various Group departments (Finance Department and Global Experience Network Department) 
• Implementing new cost monitoring KPIs
• Participating in the implementation of the budget and budget revisions

2.    Working closely with the Finance teams based in the Regions:

• Extend the analyses produced at the Head Office to each region
• Analysing and checking the information obtained from the analyses
• Contribute to and work on simplifying processes and digitising reporting

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 4 years' experience in a similar position
• Accounting experience
• Excellent command of IT tools: Excel, Power BI, Power Point, Think cell, Qliksense, Onestream, sharepoint,...
• Good level of English
• Rigorous, organised, dynamic and autonomous
